An Agreement has been entered into between The American National Red Cross and The Estate of William Tolliver (Company) effective Thursday, April 16, 2015. The Estate of William Tolliver will donate to The American National Red Cross a portion of the proceeds from the sale of selected Limited Editions and Open Editions.
REQUIRED CONSUMER DISCLOSURES
I. WHAT RED CROSS WILL RECEIVE FROM PROGRAM:
Limited edition estate signed reproduction:
Company will donate to the 20% of gross sale price to the American Red Cross of Georgia.
This purchase is not tax deductible.
Red Cross of Georgia labeled poster:
Company will donate to the 16% of gross sale price to the American Red Cross of Georgia.
This purchase is not tax deductible.
II. THE RED CROSS FUND OR INITIATIVE THE PROGRAM IS SUPPORTING
Where It Is Needed Most:
The Estate of William Tolliver supports the urgent needs of the American Red Cross mission, whether it is responding to a disaster, collecting lifesaving blood, teaching skills to save a life, or assisting military members and their families during emergencies.
III. THE RED CROSS RELATIONSHIP TO PROGRAM
The American Red Cross name, Emblems and copyrighted materials are used with its permission, which in no way constitutes an endorsement, express or implied, of any product, service, company, opinion or political position.
